How a track is made
Four stations, from aluminium bar to a boxed, labelled length. Each one is ours, so lengths, colours and labels can change between orders without a subcontractor.
Cutting and punching
Profiles cut to length and punched for fixings on automatic saws and presses.

Conductors fitted
Copper conductors pressed into the insulating carrier, colour-coded L1, L2, L3, N and PE.
2.5 mm² copperParts and assembly
Feeds, connectors and adapters moulded, machined and assembled in house, then fitted with your label.

Quality control
Five checks between the raw material and the pallet. Results are kept per batch and sent with the order on request.
